Weird question for all

As a recent college graduate moving out on her own, to a state completely different than where I grew up, I'm looking for some advice.  I'm trying to figure out what government agencies to notify of my change in address.

I've already completed the USPS change in address form and I know I need to notify the IRS.  I don't have a driver's license or a car so I figure I'm already fine there.  So who else would I need to notify of my change in address?

I did the big Post-College Move last year, and those two things were the only things I did, too.
