Dear Lord...

Animation-wise, there are a lot of CG put in as scenery. The characters are all very lanky like in CLAMP's recent style. I'm not sure if it's just the copy I'm watching, but the enlargement/elongation of hands and certain limbs is really taken to the extreme. There's also a lot of contortions in body and scene. I suppose the effects of this movie do rest mostly on visual distortions. The plot isn't that complicated. Hell, I got most of it on my pretty nonexistent Japanese (yeah, only available as a raw right now). The crossover with the Tsubasa movie at the end was just...lol...
Man, Watanuki, I know you're used to seeing really weird and eerie things, but doesn't that mansion just take the cake? The blind obedience in following those notes and signs is a bit unnerving. The trip to the bathroom was very...special...
Doumeki = robot. I know he's supposed to be outwardly pretty unemotional, but he's downright inhuman with that sort of voice and affliction.
It was very interesting to say the least. I'm really looking forward to seeing what the anime for this one is going to be like.
