Dear mother dearest,

I hate you too.  God, you're not going to make it easy for me to study abroad are you?  You're just going to make the rest of my life difficult, aren't you?  Regardless of where I end up this summer, it's definitely not going to be in the same house as you.  Keep it up and NYC becomes an unacceptable choice of residence after college simply because YOU'RE THERE!  DO YOU WANT ME TO JUST COMPLETELY WALK AWAY?!

Additionally, I am back to square one, lack of Thanksgiving plan.  dm_san, I would love to come see you and all, but living in the same house for as short of a period that is with her is just inconceivable at the moment.  I am liable to commit homicide, especially if she starts questioning my choices to do anything again.
