Yep, Legal Drug has been translated in Chinese (http://us.yesasia.com/en/prdGrpDept.aspx/section-comics/code-c/version-hk/pid-1001825865/). Sadly, there's nothing past volume 3 of Legal Drug in Japanese even. Damn CLAMP and their penchant for hiatuses...
