BWAHAHA! There's nothing like the feel of a group of Colossuses vaporizing an army of Marines! Starcraft 2 is hella lot more fun than I remember Starcraft being.

Now if only it wasn't $60 right now and didn't make my laptop feel like it's going to burst into flames... Maybe I'll get it when the price drops at some point.

On a more serious note though, I'm about halfway through the next chapter of Joey. It should be up on Thursday as usual.

As long as I don't spend the entire evening playing video games again...

Mm - I never bought Starcraft, but I remember playing it once or twice; there was this mission where you had to have at least one Marine left alive after a certain amount of time had passed and er, it was really hard (to me, at least) and it also sort of maybe made me yell at people who weren't real a lot, because I tend to kind of get into these types of things too much?

At $60 though, I doubt if I'll be picking up the second one any time soon. Whew. Safe!

If you're not a big fan of the Starcraft series or their online multiplayer scene, it's probably not worth it. Number 2 doesn't feel all that different from 1 in terms of gameplay, but I am a sucker for the updated graphics.

I'm pretty terrible at the game too. It's why I play against the computer AI and not in matches online.
