Weekend!
So it's been a busy weekend. I saw Monster House Friday night. It was a lot more amusing than I assumed.
Me: Hey, it's evil house vomit.
Angela: *giggles like crazy next to me*
Man, if we had seen that movie drunk, we would have been so kicked out. xDDD
Otherwise, I decided to try my hand at vector art this weekend. Actually, it's for a new layout. I think I'm overdue for one. It's currently a WIP and that's probably only about 6 hours of work so far. I have yet to tackle the facial features, which is probably going to be the toughest part. Wish me luck. Or if anyone has any advice.
I also gave in and just brought Contact for the DS. It's been compared with Earthbound, a.k.a. Mother (which I only found mildly amusing for a limited time), but this one looks really fun from just reading the manual. I haven't actually started playing yet. I'm going to try and hold off until after my Bio of the Brain exam. Try being the operative word.
